And as for a drag times are concerned no DUH!!! Why are you comparing the superleggera and LP560 with a M6?...that alone shows your car knowledge. The gallardo has AWD, which essentially would get a better launch, while the m6 cannot get traction. Again, as the speeds get higher the m6 starts catching up and passes the gallardo(500HP)as seen in this video.

Blazeracer1, So we figured out that the power is the same, even though the m6 is 507HP.Peak torque?...the m6 is higher.Most of the m6's torque comes during higher speeds, WITH AN EXTRA GEAR!!! So, in conclusion the m6 has 7 more Hp, more torque and an extra gear, not to mention the extra passanger. The only fraud I see is you, trying to make BS excuses.

Blazeracer1, How do I know that it's 500Hp? Because, if you click the more info description(its right under the date added). It tells you that this a 6spd 500 Hp gallardo and not a SE.

Go check out dragtimesdotcom where you can see timeslips from real guys racing real cars on real tracks using real timing gear. Best ever M6 was a 2006 Supersprint AA that ran a 12.12 at 118. The best stock M6 posted a 12.32 at 117. The Gallardo's have a 2006 posting an 11.89 at 118, a Superleggera posting an 11.71 at 123 and a new LP560 posting an 11.21 at 129. The M6 is a very nice and fast car, but it won't run with any LP car. These guys are trying to sell DVD's, bottom line.

Kunig, you are right. The 997 turbo does 0-60 in 3.7 and the Gallardo SE does it in 4.1 but they did this run from 50-150, not 0-60. I think from a standing start that Porsche would jump the Lambo. Run it out the 150-160 range and Lambo will pass. Either way, if what you say is true then the Gallardo/997 video is a fraud too. In this video, you can HEAR the Lambo motor in 2nd and 3rd gear, not in 4th. You can also see the front of Lambo drop when the driver lifts at the 54 second mark.

OK Ravage.. you don't know that it 500HP. In 06 and later ALL Gallardo's made 520HP, SE or not. Plus, the one racing the 911 has E-Gear which is 2/10's slower in the 1/4 than a 6 speed negating the 20hp difference. Face it, m5boarddotcom lifted on the Gallardo to make the M6 look good. You can find plenty of other videos out there of Gallardo's beating M5/6's. I'm not at all saying BMW's are slow, they're not. What I am saying is that BMW's have less power and more weight. This video is a fraud.

QQ. The gallardo lost cause its rubbish. If you don't like it, go do the same test yourself. A 911 turbo does 0-60 in under 4 secs, no way a rubbish lambo can beat that.
